The process consist of automatic weighing and batching of base oils and additives into Blenders, which are mounted on load cells. The producst are intensively mixed and homogenized under controlled temperature and transferred to holding tanks. From the holding tanks the finished products are filtered and filled in small packs, drums or in tankers.
The plants offered by us are offered complete with al Blenders, Drum decanters, Holding tanks, Filters, Filling lines, Boilers, Automation, Lab equipment controls, Pipelines, Valves, Instrumentation and Structures. Client's scope is restricted to bare minimum.

The plants are offered to operate under Pressure using closed Kettles or under Atmospheric conditions usign open heated kettles. Feeding of base oils and temperature control are duly automated usign a PLC and SCADA.

The process consists of automatic charging of base oils, with manuel controlled feeding of additives and solids. The soap is first prepared under pressure or in open atmospheric kettles and then transferred o the finishing kettle. The grease is then run through homogenizer and deareater and transferred to holding kettles. From the holding kettles the greases is filtered and filled in small packs or drums.
